Santiago melodic-metal band Dolezall have presented the official video for “The Countess Part 3: Lady of the Death”. The song closes their third studio album, The Book of Mysteries, and completes the record’s three-part narrative inspired by Erzsébet Báthory.
Directed by Estudios Salvador and Lianny Semprún, the video develops that story through candlelit corridors, stone walls and the recurring figure of the Countess. The announcement places its premiere on July 25, 2026, as the band prepares a separate live album recorded at Sala Máster on June 28, 2025.
Founded in 2020, Dolezall have built their writing around history, mythology and popular beliefs. Look at the Distance, released in 2021, addressed experiences from the Second World War. Dark Tales From Medieval Times followed in 2023, drawing on the Viking era, the Inquisition and Dracula; that album earned a nomination in the metal category of the 2024 Premios Pulsar.
The band had already included the new song in its sets supporting Gloryhammer at Teatro Cariola and Húsar at Club Chocolate in 2025. Nicolás Arce García, also the group’s guitarist, handled production, mixing and mastering of The Book of Mysteries, while Boris Mena developed its visual design.
